Add $5 for each additional Notary act during the same visit.

Note 1: Jacksonville: I use MapQuest.com, my home office address is 2588 College St., Jacksonville, Fl 32204. Add $25 for locations 31 to 69 miles away. Add $50 for locations 70 to 99 miles away; contact me for distances past 100 miles.
Add $10.00 for any service between 9:00 pm and 9:00 am
$10 discount for Military wedding officiant services.
