Our Standard wedding service for $150 includes:
- Marriage License Information.
- Wedding duty information.
- A Wedding checklist.
- Information sheet on wedding traditions.
- Unlimited e-mail & phone support.
- Performing the ceremony using YOUR words and vows. Click here.

- Performing the ceremony to include things not within a basic ceremony. (See note 2)
- A keepsake Program; (used by the officiant) yours to keep after the ceremony.
- Up to two meetings prior to the ceremony. (See note 3)

- Florida Notary Stamp & Florida Notary Seal. (Seals add authenticity to your marriage license as it makes it impossible to unofficially duplicate this document.)
- All Mileage / Travel fees for service within 25 miles. (See note 1)

- Name change information. (given via e-mail)
- Filing of Marriage License to Court house it was issued from.
- Free Florida Notary service after your wedding. (No more then 2 Notary acts, must be within 2 years after your wedding, Mileage fees apply, see note #1)
For an extra $50 we will include:
- Attendance, coordination and assistance at the Rehearsal. (Some officiants just show up and will not actively participate. We are not them; We will ensure everyone understands what is going to happen on your happy day) (extra Mileage fees may apply; see note #1)
Do you need a rehearsal? :
The rehearsal can "make or break" the wedding ceremony. Often it is the first time the ushers get to see who grandma is; or the first time you have full access to the ceremony site. Many officiants do not have a written, prepared, rehearsal plan or will attend a rehearsal but not coordinate, direct or lead it. They will depend on your friends, family, planner, coordinator or hotel staff to do all of the work while they just stand there and watch.
We understand the importance of a rehearsal. It must be done right so that your wedding ceremony can go as beautifully as planned. At the same time, it is not a military drill and should be fun and memorable (after all; everyone needs to remember it for the ceremony). We have a clear, easy plan for conducting rehearsals, it is adjustable and always available upon request.

As you search for the best officiant, please remember two things:
1. Florida law, ch 205, states: Anyone providing merchandise or services to the public, even through a one-person company or home based occupation, must pay a city and/or county Business Tax to operate. This simple law helps ensure that you are offered the best service from an officiant who is qualified, registered with the state, insured, licensed and bonded. Note 1: We use MapQuest.com, our home office address is 1038-5 Dunn Ave PMB 83, Jacksonville, Florida 32218, Add $25 for locations 26 to 49 miles away. Add $50 for locations 50 to 74 miles away; contact me for distances 75 miles or more. Note 2: Things not in a "basic" ceremony may include candle lighting, hand joining, sand blending and other special items. We WILL do these things and can supply the candles, sand pouring vases and more at an additional cost.
Note 3: Meetings are included free, after deposit or full payment is made, and must be scheduled within 25 miles of home office or a meeting mileage fee will apply (see note #1).
If you want to meet and have NOT reserved services and have not provided a deposit : One FREE meeting is allowed ONLY if meeting is held at a location we pick. (contact us for availability)

It is lawful, and common practice, for Notary Wedding officiants to charge for changes to the basic Notary ceremony, mileage and travel fees, meetings prior to the event, rehearsals, assistance & correspondence via e-mail or phone, postage, event planning or other services.
